FUEL SYSTEMS
Poor fuel is the most common reason for outboard motor failure. Today's petrol may not be compatible with yesterday's fuel pipe. Over time, ethanol in the petrol can cause the fuel hose to break down, internally blocking the fuel systems and causing the engine to fail. At MB Marine, we can clean and replace your engine's filters and fuel hose.Our digital injector cleaner for fuel systems and ultrasonic cleaners make cleaning your fuel systems simple and effective.
BATTERY SYSTEMS
To keep your outboard motor running at peak performance, it requires a reliable power source. Battery systems which are old or neglected with corroded leads and other wear and tear can mean that your vessel could fail at any time. Our battery testing and repairs ensure that your vessel is kept reliable and safe, avoiding costly breakdowns and replacements.
GEAR BOX REPAIRS
We have invested in the specialist gearbox tooling allows us to carry out gear box repairs quickly and efficiently for modern outboards. From pressure leak testing, bent prop shaft to a full rebuild we can get you back on the water in no time. We also offer propeller repairs prop and under water damage repairs if needed.
POWER & CYLINDER HEAD REPAIRS
Rebuilding power heads, valve grinding / lapping and cylinder head skimming are major procedures for any engine, especially larger outboards. Our cutting-edge diagnostic technology allows us to identify the exact cause of the fault before stripping the engine down, preventing unnecessary labour and costs.
WARRANTY
At MB Marine, we carry out all of our repair work to the manufacturers standard level of service to maintain the validity of your warranty throughout the warranty period. All of our repair work is completed to manufacturer's standards as a minimum. As an approved Yamaha, Suzuki and Mercury Marine dealer, we only used approved parts, sustaining your manufacturer's warranty.
